Telephone Services

Mission

The University of Georgia Office of Telephone Services coordinates telephone service for all units on campus. We maintain e-Billing information for University Departments.

Each department or unit of the University has designated an individual, known as the Departmental Telephone Representative, who is responsible for coordinating changes or additions to their telephone service. The department representative is familiar with the necessary form(s) that must be filled out and forwarded for processing to Telephone Services, Computer Services Annex, Room 185, telephone 706-542-6962.

The University of Georgia participates in a state-wide system for all long distance phone calls. Your telephone services representative will be able to answer specific questions regarding the telephone and service in your office. Students should consult the Housing Office for information regarding residence hall telephone service.
