Enterprise Information Technology Services Account Creation Access Policy | MyID | Computer Services Sites | UGAMail | ARCHES | WebCT | MyUGA | | Calendar | MVS/TSO | Research Computing Center | EITS currently operates a variety of computing facilities which support many different computing environments for UGA faculty, staff and students. To use any of these facilities, you must meet the EITS General Eligibility Criteria. For those meeting the EITS General Eligibility Criteria, additional eligibility criteria and account creation procedures for the different computing services and resources are as follows:

MyID	All faculty, staff, and students should acquire a MyID as soon as they are affiliated with the University of Georgia. The MyID is used to access UGAMail, WebCT, MyUGA and a number of other campus services.
Computer Services Sites	Any UGA student, staff or faculty member is eligible to use the personal workstations in the EITS operated Computer Services Sites using their MyID. Workstation availability is based on a "first come, first served" reservation schedule except that faculty may reserve a workstation for personal use with advance notification. Reservation of a cluster facility for continuing instructional purposes during an academic quarter is not permitted.
UGAMail	All faculty, staff, and students are eligible for a UGAMail account for e-mail and personal Web pages. For more information please see www.ugamail.uga.edu.
ARCHES	All faculty, staff, and students are eligible for an ARCHES account, which provides web space for all faculty, staff, and students. For more information please see www.arches.uga.edu.
WebCT	All faculty, staff, and students are eligible for a WebCT account for resources. For more information please see webct.uga.edu.
MyUGA	MyUGA is a portal which provides a single web location (or address) where those affiliated with the University of Georgia can access the web-based services and information most important to them. As a gateway to web access, the portal is a self-managed, personalized, and customized information environment.
Calendar Service	All UGA faculty and staff are eligible for a Calendar Services account free of charge. This account will be valid as long as you are affiliated with UGA in a faculty or staff position. For more information please see www.eits.uga.edu/calendar.
MVS/TSO	UGA faculty, staff, and graduate students may obtain an MVS/TSO account by submitting an application form signed by their departmental account manager. Forms are available from and should be returned to the EITS Help Desk.
Research Computing Center	Access to the Research Computing Center (RCC) is by means of a membership application.
