Make UGA, EITS and the Office of the CIO Business Services the best, through planning and management of resources and funds while providing excellent services to meet the needs of our internal and external customers
Organization
The Business Services (CIO-BS) division is a service unit within the Office of the Chief Information Officer. The division has 15 full-time staff, two part-time staff and two student workers. There are three functional departments within CIO-BS:

Mission
Provide internal and external customers with efficient and accurate management of human resources, EITS funds, contracts and assets in compliance with UGA policies.

Contract and License Administration
Mission
Facilitate the planning and implementation of EITS projects and services through negotiation and renewal of required hardware and software maintenance contracts and facilitation of hardware and software procurements.
